What is G.L.A.M?
G.L.A.M. - Great Lakes American Miss is a new, all natural pageant system dedicated to opening the door of pageantry and opportunity to all children and women. We are your chance to explore what pageantry is and what is involved. Have you ever wanted to be a model? An actress? Here is your chance! And along the way, we hope that you will discover new things about yourself, develop self-confidence and make lasting, lifelong friendships.
Do you have Non-Compete Agreements?
NO, Great Lakes American Miss does NOT restrict your ability to compete with any other pageant system or organization, charity or scholarship! Why? The answer is simple... FREEDOM! We want to be your starting off point; a stepping stone in your journey. We want you to develop and hone your skills with us BEFORE you move on to the other, larger pageant systems.
BUT.... If you are a current Title-Holder, please check with your system's Director to seek waiver of their Non-Compete clause. Great Lakes American Miss cannot be held responsible for other Non-Compete Agreements.
Great Lakes American Miss Pageants are stand-alone events. We do NOT carry/hold title-holder status. We do not require or obligate our winners for events and community functions. Winners are encouraged to represent GLAM at local community events, not obligated. Therefore, no conflict of appearances or interests should exist.
Winning Contestants may continue to compete in other GLAM events. However, Contestants are limited to winning the Supreme Title once per calendar year.
